Let's say, that the Startrek, Stargate, Starwars and Starcraft universes are suddenly all connected within 2 Weeks at warp 9 of each other (The Next Generation math). Every race, faction and w/e is at their greatest peak in civilization plus technology with no illeffects of their storyline. (Like dying from clone degeneration) (Ascended beings and Q along with other omnipotent beings I forgot are not part of this.) How would this play out?

Scenario 1
They just became connected and become aware of one another but storyline alliances are intact.
Scenario 2
Every faction (even human vs human) become part of a big free for all to rule the universe scenario.
