ok for gen purpose and gaming

GIGABYTE GA-G41M-Combo LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard is not available in my region but i found GA-G41MT-S2P (rev. 1.3) 81$ and asus P5G41T-M LX(STCOM) 71$. Pls. help me to choose. or you can recommend me other type and well appreciated. thanx
