I managed to get rid of a virus the other day but before I did, it tried to shut down my computer a few times. (I got rid of the virus now and everything is working fine)
I kept turning it on again to get rid of it and eventually my desktop background went black and all my files went missing.. pictures, music etc. I tried saving an image and it goes into My Pictures on its own with nothing else in there?
and thing is, in itunes my music still works which means its still on my computer and my computer can find them but when I go into libraries and into my user it says all folders are empty.
I tried to make a new 'My Pictures' folder to begin with but it told me there was already a folder in My Documents called that.
I'm so confused. Any help will be appreciated
