Hey guys, I'm waiting for my Radeon HD 6870 to arrive, and I've just realized that it doesn't have an HDMI out.

I was wondering if there is a difference between DVI-to-HDMI and Displayport-to-HDMI in terms of quality.
I will be hooking my computer up to a 37" LCD TV this weekend and wanted to ensure quality.

Thanks a lot,
Josh

Your probably best off going for the Displayport to HDMI route, simply because both Displayport & HDMI carry audio signals.
However DVI does not, so would need an external sound output from sound card also.

Display quality will be the same on both methods, as the signal is digital

Audio is not a problem, I have my own 5.1 surround sound system.
If that is the only difference, then I will go with the included DVI-to-HDMI.
Thanks for the reply :)
