I am missing "REGSVR32 SHMEDIA.DLL" for windows vista

Because this file is missing, I am unable to see the preview image of video files when I view the thumbnail image of the file. Does anyone know of a legit non virus source where I can get this file?

what version of vista do you have, home premium 32bit here, i have uploaded it, if you can use it, here it is. regsvr32.exe
just copy it to the system32 folder..
