$400 or less budget gaming rig please help

Hi i want to find the parts for a cheap gaming rig that can run games ok. I live in Australia tho i need some one from Australia to help? Would it maybe be cheaper if i bought the parts from American. Can some one please link me to some good cheap American pc hardware websites that ship overseas?
