i realize this sounds like a joke but i honestly cant figure it out
every time i turn on my damn computer the check dick does its then and when its over it just stops there....
how to i turn it off?! because right now i have to "press any key to skip"

Let it run its course the first time then it wont come up again until you either turn off your pc improperly or plug in a removable storage device that hasnt been 'safely' removed.
