Blocked email

Can anyone help me please. I was in the process of putting a new email address on a yahoo group and I got an email to verify the address but I ckicked the delete instead of verify and I have lost that email address.
How can I get the address back.

There's no way to get emails back after you've deleted them, not that i know of anyway. You'll have to change it to a different email. Or maybe there's a place you can click to send the verification email again? I'm not familiar with yahoo groups.
