re-installing windows on a new harddrive

My hard drive gave up the ghost, so I replaced it.
But unfortunately I didnt get a recovery disk with my computer, as it was on a partition on the old drive, which is now unaccessable.
I have a product key stuck to the side of my computer
I have a Acer Aspire M5640
Is there anywhere where I can download an iso to burn to disk to run and get my system up and running?
I can order one through acer, but that will take a week to arrive.
Im hoping someone can point to a torrent or something.
I know someone is going to say something about copywrite, but I DO have a product key, and Im NOT looking for a hacked version, just what Im suppose to have that companies got too cheap to ship out on disk...

So you're right, we can't point you in the direction of a torrent... do you have a friend/relative with the same OS version you have? You can use their install disk with your product key...
