What PSU would be good for this build this is my 1st build:

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Thuban 3.2GHz 6 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor HDT90ZFBGRBOX

GIGABYTE GA-890GPA-UD3H AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

XFX HD-697A-CNFC Radeon HD 6970 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

COOLER MASTER HAF 932 RC-932-KKN1-GP Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And on another note, for a Internal Hard Drive I want 1TB for it and do I really need to worry about 3.0 Gb/s vs 6.0 Gb/s if I am only using my PC for gaming? Please reply to this also.

a PSU does not affect your computers performance at all so it can not create a bottle neck.

always have more PSU wattage and amperage then you need just to be safe, and if the PSU dies, it can kill other parts of your computer easily.

I agree with Vinman, and have to say that 750 watts is overkill.

The system in my signature gets along fine without overloading the PSU at 850 watts, so compare that to get an idea.

600 watts is the top end of your needs at this point. If you intend to do dual video cards and more HDD's in the future, sure, a 750 watt might be ok, just don't buy a $40 "750" and expect miracles. Always buy premium power supplies whenever possible.

That being said, Corsair 600's are a downright steal right now
