What do you think will be the next technology to take hold? (e.g. USB 3.0, Thunderbolt, IBM's Racetrack Technology and Chevy Volt)
I agree batteries won't be the next step, but if we found a good way to store electricity, that would be what eliminates our dependence on gas. Or find an efficient way to split water into H2 and O.with the rise in energies such as gas, hydro, etc.. I can see big leaps in power saving technologies.
And although the Volt is a big step forward, it just trading one energy(gas) for another(hydro)
USB 3 looks good, but its been out for a while and noone seems to be talking about it much??
I personally think 3D will take off soon. The price of 3D tvs has gone down alot recently
I saw a 3DTV at Best Buy last year which I like (but out of my price range). Of course there's another tv technology called OLED. And then there's Blu Ray that enhances HDTV (VHS is practically extinct).
To ask, can you specify more precisely what you mean by the price of 3DTVs going down a lot recently?
