How to Block Facebook in a certain user?

im using win 7, and i made two users for my computer, admin and others. now what i want is to block facebook in the others, and not in the admin when your computer restart. i tried editing the c:windows/system32/drivers/etc/host but it is blocking facebook on both computers.

You have to go into the parental control setting then select the websites that you would wish to block on your computer.
