That looks like an 08+ V6 accord coupe. And I'm pretty sure they come with a honda emblem on the grill. So I'd assume it's aftermarket.

EDIT: and it looks like a chromed SuperMan emblem on the trunk xD

Yeah it is an 08 Accord EX-L. V6, it has a 6 speed manual tranny too

It is an aftermarket grill, and a Superman emblem on the trunk. That Superman emblem will be gone SOON though.

My new car, 2004 Holden VYII Commodore Excecutive. It's mostly stock (Apart from the rims, cold air intake and window tint) and it's done 120,000kms. Paid $10,800 for it. It may looks familiar to americans as 2 generations up (The VE Commodore) is known as the Chevrolet Lumina over in the states.
