Ok I Have Done SOME Looking Around And I Cant Find ANY system Requirements On The UBUNTU Website.
So, Here Are The Specs Of The Computer
40 GB HD
Running Windows XP (Currently)
CD Drive
512 MB Ram
2.4 GHz Intel Celleron Processor
So Will It Work? I Recently Received A copy Of Ubuntu 10.10 And Want to install it over windows XP.

Pretty much anything built within the last 15 years will run Ubuntu...

I'd copy down your XP product key just in case you want to go back. You should be able to find it by right-clicking on the "my computer" icon and hitting "properties".
