Xbox live help

Dont know if this is in the right section. I go though a wireless internet company for my internet. When I play on xbox live and can connect with people just fine, But no with people that have the same ISP has me? What could be the issue?

You may want to call your ISP and make sure that the following XBOX Live ports are opened:

UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
UDP 53
TCP 53
TCP 80

check the NAT settings in your router, ive had a few problems with that
