It's not a matter of how high your PSU is rated, but a matter of the total power draw your system consumes. There should be a volt-ampere rating on the UPS. Your total power draw should not exceed 60% of the volt-ampere. So you would take the total power draw and divide by .6 to get the needed volt-ampere of the needed UPS.

For example, if your system draws 500 Watts, you should divide 500 by .6 to get 833 needed Volt-ampere of the UPS. You can also purchase hardware that you plug the computer into to get the total power draw of the system as well.

The UPS that you posted is actually 1000Volt Ampere and 600Watt
