Computer I Recently Built Does a Single Beep and Takes Forever To Boot

Yes, i finally found that. there is a lot of options in my bios that id like to go through with you guys later so i dont mess anything up.
On topic,
yeah i found that and its enabled... so its just slow then
ill say this just in case...when i tell it to enter setup it changes to the actual boot screen instead of image, and still takes forever to actually enter setup. it take about as long as it would've if i had let it boot and the windows logo just showed up. i think really feel like there is somthing more im missing, or even possible hardware incompatabiliity.

Sata II Hdd are getting cheap, I advise you get one and then you will be even happier with your pc
