I don't have the tools to paint. I don't think regular spray print (cans) works that well either.

I spray painted outside, under my deck. Pet hair, bird seed, etc flying all around. In fact, I didn't even do any prep work. No primer, or anything. I think it turned out well despite such poor preparations.
