All these cards perform about the same, so go with whichever one you prefer. Also, Diablotek PSUs are trash. Spend a bit more for something decent. Here's one I recommend. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ..._re=antec_power_supply-_-17-371-033-_-Product It's only 380 watts, but that is plenty for any midrange single card system.

EDIT: Oh, one more thing. Look for a better mobo. ECS boards are not good. I've owned three of them, and all three failed on me within a year. RMA was a total nightmare. I recommend ASUS, ASrock, MSI, and GIGABYTE.

^ i second the recommendation for ASUS boards.

ASUS gpus arent bad either, and i personally think that you get more bang for your buck with ATI gpus.

If you aren't gaming and only watching videos and using your computer for "general use" (internet browsing, music etc), I wouldn't put a graphics card in the build at all.

Also, change that PSU, Diablotek are just awful, change the memory, you can get much higher quality and higher capacity in your price range, change the mobo, ECS are appauling quality,

If you need a dedicated graphics card, drop to an Athlon II x2, either Samsung F3 instead, or Caviar Blue and to a cheaper case, but bare in mind that the case is not only an excellent case for the price, but it also has free shiping, saving you ~$10 on that alone. That will give you enough for a decent low-mid range card

The stock cooler would probably be doing better than that cooler would be, especially if he went AM3, the AM3 cooler is, for a stock cooler, incredible
