my system shuts down again and again

while i surfing on my pc and opens many windows at a time it shuts down plz help me

virus? trying installing some virus protection software and scanning for a virus. if thats not possible then reinstall windows(dont forget to format)

Try to find out the issue first, is there any unwanted services running and check the event log etc

We need to know the specs of your computer. For starters, Right Click on My Computer and go to properties. At the bottom of the first tab will be the CPU speed (GHz) and RAM (GB). Give us those two numbers.

do you have anti-virus installed??

Is your computer blue screening when it crashes or just freezes?

does it ONLY happen when you open multiple windows?

leave it on without opening anything for a while and see if it stays on for a couple hours.

if not, could be overheating or a dying PSU.
