Burning Ubuntu ISO

So, I downloaded an Ubuntu ISO from ubuntu.com. I'm using windows 7 Pro and I'm trying to burn the ISO to the CD. After following the help on their site, it's still not working. After I burn the disk, I check what was burned and it's just the ISO. When I reboot with the CD in, it just goes straight to windows. My BIOS is set to boot from the CD drive first. I also just re-installed windows 7, so I know it will boot from the CD. I've used Windows Disc Image Burner and Infra Recorder to burn it to a disc, but each time it doesn't work when I reboot. What am I doing wrong?

You need to recreate the Ubuntu disk from the ISO. Try ImgBurn, it is easy to use.
