This is a tricky situation. At this point you might be able to get you data back with a software, i know for stuff like this my work uses a killdisk product.
Here are some of their recovery products.
Active@ Partition Recovery. Recover Deleted Partition. Undelete NTFS & FAT partitions.
Active@ File Recovery for Windows

But i think both are paid software, i don't know two many that are free that i would trust.
