Here's my situation guys.

I have A netbook With a Dual core Atom processor N550. Nvidia Ion graphics and 1GB DDR3 Ram.

The netbook came with windows 7 Starter.

I would like to install windows xp on the netbook but I am limited to the following.

#1 No CD drive but Digital copy of Windows xp + ISO disk image and demon tools make it possible for me to boot it initially.

#2 I have no idea how to downgrade from 7 starter to xp. (Or should I call it an upgrade?)

#3 No backup disc or backups of my windows 7 starter OS, so this is a big risk I am taking. I have no recovery version of this OS as of this moment in case something goes wrong.

#4 Iv only done OS upgrades and OS re installs with the actual disks so this would be my first attempt to do this.

So I guess, if anyone knows how to do this, could write me a small guide or link me to one that has already been made that would be great.

Thanks :)

I think XP is >750megs so get a flash drive and use a program called Unetbootin to make it boot able

Could you please elaborate on that a little bit?

I don't understand, I thought Windows xp was a little over 2 GB in size.
