managing time in high school (junior)

I wanted to ask you Guys for something that might help me allot.
and it is that like all Teenagers. i seen i can't manage my time very well.
I study well but when i get confuse in the homework i just give up... i do pay attention in class.
But still i just can't seem to manage my time ( sorry to jump a little bit of topic there).
Im home all day that means 24 hour i am up from 8am to 9pm 10 is when i go to sleep so i don't count that hour.
I Study 2-3hours all subjects. But when i can't do a simple question i get a slight small headache .
Do you know anything i can do to improve this?

Get help with your homework. Work hard to understand it, you may have to stay after school to talk to the teacher or someone who can help with the work.

I had try does and it helps. But what like holidays or over the Weekends

That sounds good even though im not that good of a social person . Gotta learn how to be social myself first but I never thought of that thanks ill try and tell you how it goes.
