Suggestions for GPU for my mothers computer

My mothers current graphics card died on her. She uses an old computer, 1.5GB of DDR1 RAM and a 2GHz P4 CPU. What cheap graphics card would be best with that slow CPU that would let her play her farmville and watch videos on her computer? I am not spending the money on a new computer or CPU when she is perfectly fine with her slow POS and just wants to play farmville and watch videos. Cheaper the better! I believe the AGP slow is 2x/4x.

I don't think anyone actually makes 2x/4x any more, you will have to either get one used, or if she has a PCI slot instead:

I am prettysure 8x is backwards compatible, because the one that went bad was 8x, but it also might have been 4x/8x, I am unsure, but she has no free PCI slots.
