Help Please Laptop Keyboard issues

I have a toshiba Satelite C650D. The issue is that when I press w on the keyboard it returns \w, when I press p it returns /p, when I press 0 it returns 03, when I press 3 it returns 03, and also when I press h it will move the postion...

I have tried the below;

1. Removed and readd the keyboard language
2. Unistalled the keyboard and reinstalled

The on screen keyboard does not cause the same issues

Did you use a key shortcut program?

Have you run a virus scan? I recommend malwarebyte's anti-malware. If that doesn't work, it's probably a hardware issue.
