Building a Computer

So I'm going to build a computer for my parents just for basic stuff like, watching videos surfing the net using emails basic stuff for work too, signing applications. I got an extra graphic card and power supply from mine so that is covered. Evga 7200 GS 512mb DDR2 GPU and 300 Watt PSU. Ram will obviously fit
What I'm wondering will everything fight right in the case!
CPU: FRYS.com | AMD

That should work. I would never buy a recertified hard drive though.
