Again, please work on the placement of your advertisements. We all know webmasters need advertisements, but do it in a way that's not deceptive or intrusive.
Along with other formatting and site layout problems, Google specifically states that you shouldn't place advertisements in a way that might be misleading.

Putting text advertisements next to the navigation bar isn't breaking their terms of agreement, but it sure is getting there.
