Hi JCB, I run CCleaner, Spybot, AVG, Ad-Aware and use medium internet security. I do NOT run any active spy-blocker or firewall. It slows my machine down too much, I run through a cable modem router, so that is my only "firewall".
I use NO MORE COOKIES, stand alone cookie cleaner. It lets you save cookies you want and delete all others with a push of a button. I manually clean the cookies often. As soon as I clean, these three cookies come back instantly. I can do this with IE8 not open & all IE8 processes off. The cookies still come back instantly. It's like a trick birthday candle that can't be blown out.
As I said I have made HOST redirects on these three sites and made the sites restricted. So even if they are there I think I am secure info wise.
