My brother pays for a subscription per year and he gets licensed windows 7 all of them, office and other software so he gave me one of his windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

anyway about couple of weeks after installing it I realized my motherboard is 64-bit not 32-bit, will this be a problem?

so long as you use the 32-bit drivers and programs the motherboard doesn't really care what bit-version you use so you should be fine.

it wont be a problem running 32bit windows on a 64bit processor, but you wont get the extra benefits of the 64bit processor
