I just owned my aunt's 8 core mac pro. It's been rendering one image for the last 20 minutes, and it's at maybe 10%. I cannot even imagine how long this would've taken on my iBook...

Why didn't you get it for the PS3? I thought you have a PS3.

anyone here have the new need for speed? I'm on the fence on getting it. On one hand I love burnout paradise (best game ever made IMO) and its made by the same developer. On the other hand I think that I may be disappointed by it.

Yeah, it's a VERY Good game. It's Burnout 3 + Need for speed hot pursuit 2.

Woohoo! I finally got my image rendered. It took three tries because the OS kept freezing up (WTF?), and the final render took like two hours, but I've got it.

Where can I upload a REALLY big picture? I saved it as a TIFF, and it's like 141 megapixel, 430 MB.

I Don't have my own PS3, It's dads and it lives in the living room, i'd rather play it on my 360 in my room. Though i will be buying a PS3 when i pick up GT5.
