You are using WAY too much of that generic white font. It makes it look really unprofessional. Also, the text on black really only works at the beginning and end of the trailer. You should also do something different for that part where there are two shots kinda overlapping. That also looks very unprofessional.
As far as the trailer goes, I think it tells a bit too much. I recommend cutting where the "potion" is being poured into the drink, and when it actually says that there is a potion. "A plan" tends to get viewers a bit more interested than actually saying what the plan is.
Some better sound effects would make it flow a bit better too. Something similar to when there is a "boom" right when text displays at the beginning of trailers. This is mainly for attention grabbing.
