Which card is better?

Why the difference?

and I want to spend right around 200$ is my limit.

I play games like Fallout NV, Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls. things like that.

My second question is I have a

would that PSU supply either of those cards?

Different batches, different coolers. They should perform the same. The PSU should be okay, but can you post your specs to be sure?

Specs?

Its a pre-built HP Elite from 2009, 9500GT in it right now. I upgraded the PSU because I had it in my old computer from a previous upgraded GFX card.

Quad-Core AMD 2.5 GHZish.
8gig of Ram
Win7 64bt
2 CD-rom drives
3 LED 120mm case fans
2 HDD 1 500gigs 2 250 gigs

uh..need anything else?

You should be fine with 500w. Go for the cheaper card.
