Ima buy NBA 2K11

Well, the 8400 or that 210 WILL run the games, but not very well. Playable enough though I would say. Another factor to take into consideration is your power supply. You may need to upgrade that also in order to run either of those 2 cards.
 
Don't bother with either one of those cards. Cavemangrinder's right, they just won't do much for you.

$75 is a rather steep limit to set yourself on for video cards, but keeping to your wishes, your best bet would be one of these two cards:

Neither of those cards will do much of anything. I recommend this. it is $5 over the stated budget, but it's worth it.

I disagree. The 9500 GT is a fine card, though underpowered by "pure gamer" standards, it does everything I've asked of it, and the price fits the performance. I gave the Radeon card as an alternative.

Remember, not everyone is out there to break budgets. For some people, $75 is the hard limit. I've been there too, I know how it feels.
