i'm making my first gaming computer after have a piece of crap dell for the past 5 years...tell me what you think and if you have any suggestions feel free to let me know, but i'm pretty much set on the price, i didn't want to go over $500 and yet i'm at $620

Yeah but anything is a step up from what I have i really just want it to run smoothly
 
Use that build if its over save some money that was a very hard gameing computer build to make rep me?

I tend to use punctuation to convey my point.

Why not save a bit more? 700-750 USD is pretty much the sweet-spot for gaming rigs these days. i5, P55, 4GB quality RAM, GTS450/GTX460, quality PSU, well made case, etc.

Going tight on funds is only going to hurt you in the end. Over time, things can only get cheaper.

You haven't really listed what kind of gaming you will be doing, either. Elaborate on that a bit, please. What games, what detail settings desired as what frame rate desired, all at what resolution?
