Just a quick question about vista CD key and Product ID of the CD

Ok im about to reinstall vista home premium on my friends dell laptop. I have used magic jelly bean to extract the CD key and i own an authenic copy of Vista home premium myself. My question is on the magic jelly bean key finder is says that the CD key is matched to a product ID, does that mean it can only be installed with a certain CD like the one that came with her laptop? Ohh and another question that just popped into my head. My verison of Vista is Home Premium x64 bit would it matter if her CD key was from a x32bit version?
