PC problem

Hello all, my pc was working fine then it didnt. Heres what happened. I turned it on and it was working fine. Then i opened autocad and it was still working. Then after a couple of minutes it immediately shut off. Now when i try to turn it on the fans and lights turn on but there is nothing on the monitor, and the monitor is fine. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I test the psu using a volt meter and it seems fine. The only problem was some of the 5Vline were at 4.92 volts, could that be the problem? 4.92V is close enough. A rule of thumb is for the volts to be within 10% when using a volt meter.

I would blow the thing out of dust ( could have over-heated) and reseat the RAM and see how that helps.

Thanks for the help. I already tried cleaning it out and reseating the ram and that didnt work.
