I'm running windows 7 and im running into a Driver_IRQ_Not_Less_Or_Equal blue screen everytime i put my computer into sleep mode. I ran a bluescreenviewer to veiw the dmp file it is complaining about a ndis.sys file. Some online sources say its most likly a driver problem but I cant pinpoint which one. Others say it can me a memory problem...however i ran memtest and everything passed, but that didnt make sense anyway becasue I only see the blue screen when I put my computer to sleep.

I reinstalled all the network drivers...anyone have any experience in this?

Also would a clean install of windows fix this? (Im going to install Ubunto later to test sleep mode.)

Windows 7 doesn't have a repair install. You can however try to run a startup recovery from the CD which will attempt to repair Windows, or you can try tools like bootrec (from the Windows Recovery from the Win 7 CD) and that could help out.

ndis.sys is a common one.
