I have 4GB ram, why is it showing 3.25?

If I can't upgrade to 64-bit 7 from Vista 32-bit, then is my only option to buy a full version of windows 7?

Or do you guys think I should just stick with Vista?

Again, if you have the money burning a hole in your pocket, its well worth the cash. But if this buy is going to make waves, then stick with Vista.

I definitely don't have the money right now, but when I do, you think it's worth it? I just think it sucks that I paid for 4 GB of ram and I can only use 3 and a quarter.
