I think I am down to Two Choices Laptop help

So I plan on spending around 400.00. I found these two laptops. Can someone please tell me which is the best for the money, they are around the same price. So which one is better, or do you even have something better in mind, thanks for your help.

They're pretty much the exact same laptop... the only difference is that the Best Buy laptop comes with a Microsoft Office 2010 starter and is a little cheaper so I would purchase the one from Best Buy.
