I think it comes down to aesthetics on this choice. If you like the ripjaws one, you get the "jaws" on top of the heatsink. Otherwise, the other one seems basically the same. I would save the $3 and go with the other one.

Not sure if this is true or not, but those "jaws" help with heat dissipation. If this is true (Which I'm not sure) they are worth the $3 extra.
