Yeah I have a Scythe Slipstream on it [going to get another for push/pull], I get ambient temps of around 35-45c where I am in summer - so there's not much else I can do...

Tbh, you need to fetch some more RAM before anything else. That's a huge bottleneck in an Intel (FSB) based system.

I hope you are going to get a better PSU with that 5770.
