I'm happy to report that last night's build went really well, except for a 4 minute scare where I thought MoBo was dead but it was only loose ram.

Went on my first WoW raid on ultra settings and the game ran as smooth as can be. It almost felt like an entirly different game coming from the 07 MacBook. Giving everyone a +1 who helped thanks guys!

Here was my build...

CPU - (Intel i5 750) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115215

MoBo - (Asus Maximus III Gene) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131599

RAM - (G.Skill 4GB DDR3) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277

GPU - (GTX 460) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130563

PSU - (XFX 650 W) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207002

HDD - (WD 650 GB 7200 RPM) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136319

Optical Drive - (Random SATA Optical Drive)

OS - (Win 7 64 Bit) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116754

Case - (Antec 900) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021

Grand Total: $980 w/Shipping (take off an additional $60 worth of rebates $920)

That one 8 Pin power for the MoBo needs an extention so I can route it to the back of the case instead of going over my GPU
