Weird Computer problem

Hi, I have a fujitsu computer(specs below) which is about 6 months old if that. I have had no problems with it up til now.

On starting the machine it works like normal, then after the windows logo(which hangs for about 2 minutes) i get a black screen with the cursor visable(and moveable). Then after about 5 minutes i get the welcome screen which hangs for about another 5 mins and i then get the desktop. But i cant do anything as it appears to be loading a lot of things, the LED on the front stays on constantly and i cant do anything til that goes out(after about 10 minutes). There are no procvesses running that never used to be there. When the desktop does load i get 2 error messages.

1.Cannot load the remote access connection manager service:
error 711: the operation could not be finished because it could not start the remote access connection manager service in time. So i open the services and try to enable it manually, but it wont work, popping up the same error. Its only after 3 or 4 times trying that it works.

2.an error about notifications, the screenshot didnt capture it so i dont have details on it.

I have opened the case and looked for dust and loose cables, everything seems to be fine. I then tried to remove the DVD drive but that didnt solve it. Didnt want to remove ram until i ruled out software issues. One thing to note once when i started it the CPU fan started like it was a car revving its engine and kept up that intermittent speed until i turned it off. Then when i restarted it it worked fine.

i dont have any windows disks to reinstall the system as it came on the computer. I do have the WINRE boot partition but cant understand how to reinstall windows 7 from this. In the F8 menu I dont get anything letting me recover or reinstall.

Here is the log from anti malware:

Any ideas on what this could be? I am also running AVG and ran a scan though nothing came up.

Specs:
Windows 7 X64 build 6700
Intel Dual core 2.7ghz (E5400)
3gb Ram
Onboard video and sound

Run a HijackThis scan from Trend Micro and tell me what shows up. As a question, how come the "security risks" say no action taken?

thanks for the reply. action was taken on the infected files and they were removed after the log was saved. a fresh check with anti malware shows nothing.

sorry for the double post, character limit was reached on first one.

Your Hijack-this Logs looks fine. You might run ccleaner and run the registry cleaner part too. See if that speeds up anything.

Yeah, the HJT log does look clean. Just try running Spybot S&D for a second search and install ccleaner like thompatry said.
