Toshiba laptop - moving the screen vertically

Hi,

The display on the screen on my Toshiba Satellite L500 laptop has gone up vertically (so that the X in the top right hand corner has a bit chopped off, and I can see a black line at the bottom). I must have knocked a button or something.

So how do I get the screen back down again?
