I know your asking which is better but do you 'really' need PC3 16000/2000Mhz RAM? Unless your a benchmarking addict there's no need for 2000Mhz RAM. Also with i7 architecture you probably won't see any difference.

I'm not sure if the i7's RAM controller will utilize such bandwidths even though they are compatible.
 
I'd go for the DDR3 1600. The only time that I would prefer a higher clock than timings is if you're overclocking. Raising your CPU speed also raises the RAM speed. 1600 MHz RAM would only limit you if you were to overclock over 4.4GHz (which is very unlikely).
 
they're both pretty much even. the pi has a faster clock but the sector 7 has lower timings that make up for it. and I can almost guarantee that you could raise the timings on the sector 7 to 9-9-9-27 and then get it to 2000MHz if you felt like it.
