Everything's good but reconsider the graphics card.

I really don't rate the HD5770. If it was cheaper then it would be a good buy but there's better cards for a little extra money.

Go for a 768MB GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) graphics card, it pwns a HD5770. If you can spend a little extra and get the 1GB GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) then it'd be even better. For the money it's a great card.

If it wasn't for the GTX 460's i'd have recommended a HD4870/4890.

Total cost around 1330 after rebates and bing cash back. I think this is a lot better. I picked out a better vid card, better mobo, better cooler, and psu. I wanted to know if the cooler will fit into my full tower case. And If the Psu is powerful enough? Going to buy the parts today. Thank guys for your help!

Downgraded couple items.
The vid card I choose the 5770 because it was only 145 dollars. Compared to the 5870 which cost around 260
The power supply I also choose a cheaper one. saved 40-50 there. This a good move? I'm using an 17 inch right now and its old.
