I got a new pc and when I run it normally it is stuck at the windows startup.

Safe mode, same issue... I tried startup repair, says it cannot fix automatically.

Ive tried booting with the cd, tried repair , no luck. Tried reinstalling windows, get a BSOD (ntfs.sys)

Any suggestions?

Windows 7. It wouldn't load past boot screen, so I figured i'd try to reinstall -- but that is the error

Says system cannot find the file path specified after typing

copy cd:\i386\ntfs.sys drive:\windows\system32\drivers

You need to replace "cd" and "drive" with the drive letters belonging to those drives.

That said, I wouldn't personally bother - a) I doubt it'll help, and b) you said it was a new PC. It shouldn't be doing that, something's clearly wrong therefore I'd send it back from where you got it and ask them to sort it out.
