Go to processes in task manager and there will be a numer next to the name of the process.

And furmark is a free 3D benchmark. Download and run it to give us an idea of your performance.

hmmmmm i though it was normal for it to take that much

also i killed firefox then i looked at the cpu column for runes of magic and it fluctuated between 15-17

Haha no. I've never seen any browser use anything like that unless it was trying to display pi to 1,000,000,000 places or something.
