Are these temperatures safe for my comp?

With a big heat wave(90's) coming through for the next two days I want to avoid having my computer overheat.

Computer Info:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.50 Ghz
Memory: 2.00 GB
System: 32-bit Vista

Using Speedfan, it brought up these temperatures:

"Temperatures"
TMPIN0 32 C
TMPIN1 49 C
TMPIN2 25 C

"ACPI"
THRM 40 C

"AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+"
Core #0 53 C
Core #1 54 C

"WDC WD32 00AAJS-65R..."
Assembly 40 C

Right now it's only 75 outside, so should I just avoid using my comp during the hottest part of the day?

I had to do a cooling mod recently to reduce temps a little too. We were getting 28'C here. Are those stress temps or idle?

I'd say with 24'C ambient those temps are a little to high @ idle.

If those are load temps then your absolutely fine.
